Returns

At MPT we hope that you will be happy with your purchase, however should you wish to make a return or exchange, please follow our procedures below.

Please note: Returns and exchanges must be made within 14 days of receipt.

Extended returns policy during the Christmas period: Purchases made between Tuesday 1st December 2015 and Thursday 23rd December 2015 can be returned for an exchange or refund until Friday 8th January 2016.

In order to make a return or exchange, the garment must be in its original, unused condition with all tags still attached and in their original packaging.

If the garment is not in its original, unused condition with all tags attached, then we reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange and will return the garment back to you.

To make a return:

1) If you have an account: Please sign into your account. Go to your completed orders, select the order that you'd like to return, and complete the online returns form, and state whether you would like a full refund* to the original credit card used, or store credit.

We will then contact you within 24 hours to arrange a convenient time for collection of the item(s).

OR

1) If you don't have an account: Please email us at customercare@my-perfect-t.com

2) Pack the return within the original shipping box and attach the prepaid shipping label (this will be emailed to you)

3) We will arrange a courier to collect the return at a time convenient for you

*Refunds are only made for the value of the garment and exclude delivery costs.

To make an exchange for an item of equivalent value*:

1) Please complete the online returns form stating that you would like to exchange your item. Please specify which item you would like in return for the exchange

2) Pack the return within the original shipping box and attach the prepaid shipping label

3) Call the courier for collection at a time convenient for you

*Exchanges are subject to availability

Should you wish to make an exchange for an item of higher value, then please contact us on +44(0)207 243 0962 or customercare@my-perfect-t.com.

Please allow up to 5 working days for us to receive the return. The return will be processed within 24-48 hours of receipt and you will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.

Whilst we aim to process the return as promptly as possible, the credit to your account will be dependent on your bank provider. We advise allowing up to 7-10 working days for the credit to show in your account.
